Information System Review
 
This service will provide a comprehensive review of the current information system to identify all functions that have been and have not been implemented, to identify any configuration requirements that have not been completed, and to create an inventory of all known issues. Using the inventory of issues that is compiled, we will prepare recommendations on the priority for resolution and develop these priorities in the overall revised project plan. The revised project plan will establish recommended time lines for implementing the changes that may be required for full deployment.
