Harriet brings a range of technical skills to her consulting work with ECG clients, including experience with software implementation and installing upgrades, and training staff. As a skilled listener and team player, she helps schools discover processing solutions to achieve greater operational efficiency.

Prior to joining ECG, Harriet was the assistant director of financial aid at Southern Connecticut State University. In addition to day-to-day financial aid administration, Harriet's responsibilities included:

• Coordinating the electronic transmission of federal application files.
• Implementing the Banner software.
• Creating procedures and workflow for the application process.
• Automating paper-driven financial aid processes.

Harriet joined ECG in 2006. Since that time, she has assisted with the following:

• Worked on multi-year Return to Title IV (R2T4) reconstructions for nonterm programs at private institutions.
• Assessed and evaluated a state community college for potential compliance issues.
• Worked on multiple operational reviews.
• Developed training materials covering nonterm programs, and provided training and guidance to a client to ensure compliance.
• Provided functional consulting support for several ECG engagements.
• Assisted in the development of internal policies/procedures to support company operations.
