| The Department of Education is authorized under the Higher Education Act to expand the Quality Assurance Program that has existed for several years. If an institution is currently participating in the Quality Assurance Program, we can provide a diagnostic review to assess implementation, provide technical support in the on-going development of the program, and can serve as in-house consultation on how the institution can maximize its participation in the Quality Assurance Program. If you want to get started with the Quality Assurance Program, we will provide you with the tools to launch your program. We can also help you implement best practices to improve the quality of your financial aid operations if you are not a part of the Department’s program. | |
