Overview
Debbie has a multi-faceted role at ECG. As the first line of support to the president/CEO, she coordinates all scheduling and other activities on the president's behalf. In addition, she manages several aspects of the company's office administration, including budgeting, client billing, employee payroll and benefits, hiring, and orientation. She also provides other direct support to ECG clients, as needed.
Key Experience and Skills
Debbie joined ECG to help establish the company infrastructure and she continues to manage several related functions today. Previously, she worked for over 20 years in office administration, budgeting, and human resource management at the University of Texas at San Antonio and Barry University. In addition to her thorough knowledge of university administrative structures, policies, and procedures, her experience includes working with high-level executives on confidential budgeting and personnel matters.
Highlights of Accomplishments
As part of the executive management team, Debbie plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the company. As such, she has:
- Developed company policies and procedures.
- Coordinated the automation of several administrative functions, including payroll, billing, meeting scheduling, etc.
- Created an employee desk reference manual.
