With broad experience in enrollment management and financial aid operations, Donna provides a range of consulting services for ECG clients, including interim management support and staff training. In her recent consulting assignments, Donna has been engaged to support clients with nonterm issues and Return to Title IV (R2T4) processing, as well as financial aid reconstructions, verification, and loan processing.

Prior to her consulting career with ECG, Donna worked for over 20 years at institutions in Nebraska. She held positions in admissions and financial aid at Doane College, was area director at Southeast Community College (SCC), and served as director of financial aid at Peru State College. While at Peru State, she represented the financial aid office during a state audit, a guaranty agency review, and a federal program review. Donna's enrollment management experience includes recruitment and admissions work with an emphasis on transfer and nontraditional student populations. In addition, she has experience with Jenzabar products and coordinated implementation of the Datatel system at SCC over an 18-month period.

Donna joined ECG in 2006. Since that time, she has worked successfully on multiple projects for ECG clients, including:

• Serving as an interim director, and providing leadership, staff training, and office assistance.
• Performing Return to Title IV (R2T4) reconstructions for several nonterm programs.
• Writing financial aid staff job descriptions.
• Providing guidance to schools regarding written policy and procedures.
• Working on operational reviews.
