Keith joined ECG as a consultant in 2010. He has worked in the financial aid field for 10 years following a 20-year career in the United States Air Force. His recent engagement work includes the following projects:

• Assisted with verification processing (PeopleSoft) for a large research university.
• Managed the verification process (Banner) for a university client, and provided training for staff.

Keith brings both campus and consulting experience to his position at ECG. Prior to joining ECG, Keith was a consultant at Financial Aid Services (FAS), where he coordinated Title IV projects for several institutions throughout the country. He also developed training materials and step-by-step illustrated instructions for different software systems; and trained and mentored school staff on verification, packaging, and awarding processes.

Before working at FAS, Keith held financial aid positions at Kennesaw State University (GA), St. Petersburg College (FL), and Okaloosa-Walton College (FL).

Keith has used his experience as a veteran of the U.S. Air Force to assist and counsel other veterans on GI Bill benefits. At St. Petersburg College, he was a VA certifying official and he created an educational brochure to assist veterans and their dependents on the process of accessing VA benefits for education.

Keith has also been active in professional associations and served on the professional development committee of the Georgia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (GASFAA).
