Rita brings extensive experience as a teacher, trainer, former financial aid director, and business owner to her role as a senior consultant at ECG. Her well-honed training skills and financial aid knowledge are targeted to help deliver a wide range of services to schools, from program reviews to helping clients understand and implement regulatory changes impacting financial aid administration.

Prior to joining ECG in 2006, Rita held several key roles in higher education, including:

• Provided guidance and leadership during a five-month tenure as interim director at a mid-size state university.
• Collaborated with an ECG team to provide extensive consulting and reconstruction services at a multi-campus client site.
• Coordinated and managed updates and maintenance of ECG's comprehensive testing software.
