Ms. Marsh has spent the last eight years as the primary technical specialist at Norfolk State University.  She has advanced training and operational experience with the Datatel system for financial aid as well as with the installation and updates of Federal system programs such as ISIR Analysis Tool, EDExpress, and EDConnect.

As the Financial Aid Assistant Director for Systems, Ms. Marsh was responsible for managing the processing unit and financial aid systems for the entire university, including serving as the program leader for the ISIR Analysis Tool (QA Program).  She supervised the reconciliations for Federal and state aid programs, while setting up the university's computer system to import ISIR communications with the U.S. Department of Education and generate ad hoc reports using data mining queries.

Ms. Marsh is well versed in communicating technical information to various audiences and regularly provides workshops and training sessions for university executives as well as financial aid staff members.
