This service will assist an institution in focusing on opportunities to provide technology enhancements that support the business needs of the entire community. Using the system documentation for the information system that is provided by the software vendor, we will inventory against each module the functions that are available and those implemented, as well as those functions that are scheduled for release in the future. We will evaluate how the functions within the system, and those scheduled for release, can be used to increase service and then recommend initiatives to “extend” the services through add-ons. This service will provide a strategic plan to implement the functions and new initiatives, as well as provide assistance with the implementation. |
