| This service will create a data model to assist an institution in effectively meeting its enrollment goals. We will review the data to determine the effectiveness of recruitment efforts through the various stages of the recruiting cycle, and to determine if the selection practices properly identify those students that will be successful at the institution. The model will identify the indicators for effectively recruiting, yielding and retaining students that meet the institution’s goals. The service will assist in the development of a strategic plan, the creation of established goals and the ability to measure success. |
