Overview

Heidi joined ECG as a consultant in 2008.  She works with school clients to support operational goals.

Key Experience and Skills

Heidi's financial aid work experience includes positions at the University of Central Florida and Johnson & Wales University.  In these roles she:

• Worked with admissions staff to promote enrollment and retention initiatives.
• Counseled students and parents about the financial aid process, and made presentations at orientation and other campus events.
• Wrote and updated university publications related to financial aid, including a training manual for new staff.
• Implemented procedures for monitoring financial aid funds and awarded institutional scholarships.

Highlights of Accomplishments

In addition to her financial aid experience, Heidi has extensive customer service experience and training.  She also has software experience with Banner and PeopleSoft.
