Mr. Santana joined the ECG team as our first system administrator and was subsequently promoted to Director of Information Technology.  He is responsible for all technical operations, security, network maintenance, and software development.

Before coming to ECG, Mr. Santana continuously extended his knowledge of computer applications and network engineering while working for several private companies as well as in higher education.  Prior to that, he received an array of certifications and specialized training in server implementation and design as well as in troubleshooting and analysis.  His experience includes being responsible for the procurement, development, integration, and administration of vast information systems that serve customers nationwide.

As Director of Information Technology, Mr. Santana is committed to keeping all of the company's data secure and providing a wide range of technical support services for business partners and client operations.
