Overview
As director of consulting services, Jerry is responsible for managing staff resource assignments for all engagements, overseeing project plans and deliverables, and facilitating business and technology solutions based on client needs. In addition, as part of the management team he develops policies and programs related to staff development, and oversees other internal operations.
Key Experience and Skills
Prior to joining ECG in 2005, Jerry was a systems analyst at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles where he honed a comprehensive knowledge of current technologies and industry practices. His experience ranges from configuring enterprise-wide software systems to implementing smaller departmental applications that work with existing systems. His approach focuses on scalability, ensuring that results are always in line with broader institutional goals.
Highlights of Accomplishments
Jerry has assisted ECG clients with a range of systems solutions, such as:
- Reconfiguration of multiple enterprise resource planning (ERP) and stand-alone systems, including PeopleSoft, Matrix, Banner, Datatel, PowerFAIDS, and EDExpress
- Development of dashboard reporting capabilities for staff and senior executives with multiple tools, including Crystal Reports, Access, Toad, Argos, and Cognos
He has supported internal operations by:
- Designing and developing the ECG website
- Creating collaboration tools within a Microsoft SharePoint environment for a multi-project, remote workforce
