John's financial aid career began at his alma mater, the University of Miami in Coral Gables, where he worked for nine years. His accomplishments as assistant director included automating the Institutional Student Information Report (ISIR) review process and leading the implementation of a web-based software system. - Leading numerous file reconstructions, including a reconstruction project for over 14,000 files and $20 million in liability.
