| Ms. Moreno brings to the ECG team higher education experience primarily in the field of financial aid. She utilizes her training in enrollment management to implement quality and efficient service to students while being involved in technical operations of the financial aid process.
Ms. Moreno assumed the role of interim assistant director briefly after her early career in financial aid and became involved in compliance procedures that helped to streamline processes for staff. She continuously monitored the efficacy of the operations and provided immediate solutions when necessary.
Her research background provides ECG with experience
in data analysis support and reporting. Overall, Ms.
