This service will benefit the financial aid office by providing a review of its current operations and designing a corrective action plan that will improve service to students by reducing work load on staff and streamlining the processing of paper and data. We will look at the coordination of activities at the institution and determine whether all required interfaces appear to be present, and the degree of system coordination present at the institution. We will assist the institution in determining whether it has created the required policies and procedures, and if those procedures are being followed at the institution. This service can include providing management assistance to an institution in developing the required policies and procedures. After completing an assessment of the current operations, we will provide assistance in designing new procedures that will serve as the framework for improving the processes and services to students.
