This service will provide an assessment of current operations, and will assist in designing an operational plan that will serve as the framework for improving processes and services to students. Admissions offices are required to maintain a high level of service that is surrounded by processing extensive amounts of paper and data to effectively recruit, select and yield students. If computer systems are not functioning properly, we can assist the institution to identify where improvements are required and implement those changes. The Admissions office can benefit from this service through reducing work load on staff and streamlining the processing of paper and data. |
