If an institution has undergone a Federal program review the Program Review Resolution Service provides technical assistance, on-site assistance for the reconstruction of records when they are required, and preparation of the response to the review. The response prepared will meet the institution’s obligations to meet the Federal requirements and to minimize financial liability. If corrective action plans are required as a part of the program review, we can provide the technical services to develop and implement a corrective action plan. If the institution is required to file an appeal, we can support the institution’s development of a case for submission to the Department of Education. |
