| This service will provide the management support for the implementation of a new student information system. We will create a Project Definition Document to ensure that all required project management planning activities and the requisite level of documentation are outlined. We will implement a comprehensive set of procedures that will seek to insure a successful relationship between the institution and the vendor. Furthermore, we will develop an accountability plan for the vendor, as well as the users, in order to meet deliverables and milestones for the project. We will work with institution officials to establish and maintain a budget monitoring system that will provide senior managers with the needed information to ensure the proper level of budget approvals and controls. We will also develop an integrated project plan for all modules of the student information system. This service will enhance the ability of an institution to integrate its student systems and services between offices and divisions.
