Rita brings extensive experience as a teacher, trainer, former financial aid director, and business owner to her role as a senior consultant at ECG. Her well-honed training skills and financial aid knowledge are targeted to help deliver a wide range of services to schools, from program reviews to helping clients understand and implement regulatory changes impacting financial aid administration.

Highlights of Accomplishments
Rita's many accomplishments since joining ECG include:
- Managed a comprehensive operational review at a large university with a student population in excess of 20,000 students, both on campus and distance learning.
- Developed and implemented a complete file reconstruction project for a student population in excess of 6,900 students.
- Developed and implemented a comprehensive training project using the complete set of CORE training materials produced by NASFAA.
