Overview

Susan joined ECG as a consultant in 2008.  She works with school clients to support operational goals.

Key Experience and Skills

Prior to joining ECG, Susan worked for 15 years at Davis & Elkins College in West Virginia, first as an assistant director and then as director of financial planning.  Her experience includes:

• Budget preparation; disbursing and reconciling federal, state, and institutional funds.
• Federal and institutional audit reporting.
• Interviewing students, developing family contacts, and making financial planning presentations.
• Supervising and training office personnel.

Highlights of Accomplishments

Susan is proficient with the Datatel system and with PowerFAIDS need analysis software.  She has been active in her state financial aid association, including serving as the web page coordinator.
