| Ms.
Anaya joins ECG with 10 years of experience in administering
financial aid (Title IV) programs. Beginning at the DeVry Institute
of Technology as a financial aid administrator, Ms. Anaya responsibilities
included administering the financial aid process (loan certifications,
awarding, verification, etc.) and managing the Work Study program,
Student Accounts, and the Cashier’s office. She was also
a financial aid supervisor at such schools as Heald Business
College and National University which are located in the city
of Sacramento.
At Otterbein College, where Ms. Anaya served
as the Director of Adult Continuing Studies, she managed all
the financial aid operations as well as the information technology
systems for the division to ensure quality customer service
while meeting all of the regulatory compliance areas successfully.
She trained faculty and staff on the use of the institution’s
software system, developed and evaluated marketing efforts
for recruitment, and utilized various forms of software for
programming efforts.
Ms. Anaya prides herself in delivering excellent
customer service and finding technological solutions to improve
the functionality of a business operation in order to streamline
processes.
