Mr. Turner joins ECG with extensive and progressive financial aid and higher education administrative experience. He is able to streamline outdated procedures or create new processes for newly encountered problems or ideas.

As the assistant director for an online technology college, Mr. Turner managed personnel, assisted in cash management, reporting, compliance and R2T4 refund calculations. He trained all of the financial aid employees on new processes and system changes and worked directly with the college’s executives to determine new procedures and develop new process flow. Mr. Turner assisted the financial aid department through a PeopleSoft and ACD system conversion and he was the Destination Point Administrator.

With innovating strategies being his strong suit, Mr. Turner has the ability to come up with creative ideas that expedite traditional business practices into a more efficient system. He will be able to provide exemplary results to ECG’s clients who are trying to transition into a more technologically enhanced financial aid operating structure.
