Starting as a financial aid advisor, then serving as a technical programmer for financial aid and finally becoming a Financial Aid Director at Banner College, Ms. Sturgis offers higher education institutions technical expertise on how to implement successful software programs while understanding that quality student customer service is essential to an institution’s core values and life cycle.

At Armstrong Atlantic State University, Ms. Sturgis acquired skills in processing student financial aid and working with numerous software applications.
