Overview
With more than 25 years of financial aid management experience, Vikki brings a distinguished background and knowledge base to her role as a senior consultant for ECG. Her familiarity with financial aid systems in both the private and public sectors helps schools restructure their critical operations to improve overall processing and services to students.
Key Experience and Skills
Vikki joined ECG in 2005. She previously held leadership roles at various institutions as a systems analyst, manager of financial aid systems, and director of financial aid. She is proficient with several types of student information systems (SIS) and financial aid management (FAM) programs, particularly SIGMA and SIS Plus.
Highlights of Accomplishments
Since joining ECG, Vikki has accomplished several major projects:
- Trained 32-member financial aid staff on Return to Title IV Funds (R2T4) calculations and resolving C code rejects.
- Created written policies and procedures for R2T4; defined steps and directed single year and multiple year R2T4 reconstructions (8,950 records with multiple refunds each).
- Assisted school in complete setup for nonterm processing, including documenting policies and procedures.
- Directed operational reviews for school clients.
